The real fun begins. We are currently researching peanut and tree nut free products for the Nosh+Stuff Market. There are so many great products out there, and so much work in front of us. Luckily, our two girls, Stacie (11) and Alexa (8), who have severe peanut and tree nut allergies, are more than okay to help with the taste testing.

As everyone who has to deal with food allergies, or has food allergy children, knows... the process of determining how safe a product really is takes some work and self education. Just ask the team at SnackSafely.com. Their Safe Snack Guide has been a game changer for us, and we must thank them for the time they have spent vetting not only the products in their guide, but also the products that didn't make the guide, or have since been pulled from the guide. And also many thanks to the great organizations and support groups out there that make lives easier for all of us challenged by food allergies. We are working on a list of these Food Allergy organizations, associations, and support groups on our Food Allergy Resources page.

We are very excited to be starting on this journey... it's been a long time coming. Our plan is to launch our online market in the next month or so while we start building our brand and community. Speaking of community, we want to hear from anyone who wants to recommend products or recipes, share a story, offer advice, or just say hello. This is how we will grow and build our Nosh+Stuff family. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
